Description

On the Blue Ridge Parkway in Virginia, there's a sprawling mountain farm called Ralph's Christmas Trees. It's barn is very popular with photographers but is always captured from the front. On this particular fall day, it was late afternoon, the sun was low in the sky, casting a warm glow on the far side of the farm. The little road is so quaint and I wonder why this has never been "the shot".
